Size 6" J x 15" ET 45mm (200 10V) they LOOK the same!

These aftermarket rims fit the 200 20V but not the 10V.....
These show some of MY early fitment Q's for a (10v) 200.
These rubbed the rear inner fender plastic on stock springs over bumps.
the front BARELY had a finger width between the control arm and the rim/tire.
I see a lot of wheel fitment Q's on the Audiworld.com and Audifans.com lists.
If you can match the offset of the O.E. or BBS rims you "should" be fine.
But like the photo shows the knock off or aftermarket rims AREN'T the same offset usually.
MORE than likely you'll need hub-centric spacers like H&R AND long wheel bolts.
200 20V shown below:
I've seen NON-hub-centric spacers SNAP the wheel bolts at track events.
With no rim on the hub, the weight of the car is on 4 - 5 bolts.
These two photos show how much the stock hub can take depth wise ~ 15mm or more....
Note: The ABOVE H&R 5mm spacers are shown (slid around to simulate 15mm)
on a 200 20V 3B 1991 200 w/UFO's below.

Must have certain thread pitch. Check the H&R website.
ETKA shows (for 200 20V): Part # 431 601 139 A: M14 x 1, 5 x 27 Quantity 20.
O.E. (Audi) Left, Discount tire Right (notice its conical NOT BALL)
They NEED to be BALL (thanks Mike) and with larger wheels LONGER
ALSO, NEED to be LONGER as deep as the spacers are too!
WARNING:
They MUST NOT stick too far past the rim or they will strike the brakes or hub!
I cranked an 99 A6 bolt in, holding on a rotor and it rounded the
threads at the bolt end against the strut/hub assembly......
They're the same 17mm bolt on 4000, 5000/100/200 and A6 up to 1999 AFAIK.

Here's your factory kit. To hang the wheels on the hub while you put in the bolts.....
you get this gizmo to thread into the hub to hang the alloy off of while you insert bolts.
Just like airline emergency cards.
Cleaned but showing some brake dust pitting inside.
Some people go 215mm on their 7 1/2 (7.5 J) rims, these are narrow enough.
This particular tire is just too wide for a 200 10V but fits mint on a 200 20V.
Cross referencing bolt hole sizes:
4 1/4" " is 107.9mm
108 millimeter = 4.2519685 inch
112 millimeter = 4.4094488 inch
114.3 millimeter = 4.5 inch

in comparison to OE tires
the 215/50-16 was 0.9% slower
the 225/50-16 was 0.7% faster
so according to the calculations, both are it very close to OE tires.
200 20V Type 44 1991 MY
OEM BBS: "basket weave" similar to 10valve 200 (88-90) except offset is different.
7 1/2J x 15" ET 35 Bolt holes 5 x 112mm
A4 (1997) knock off (copies) that fit: 7 1/2J x 17" ET 35.
These BARELY fit a 1990 200 10V clearance/offset issues. Bolt Holes 5 x 112mm
200 10V Type 44 1990 MY
OEM Basket weave:
6J x 15" ET 45 (USA) Bolt holes 5 x 112mm PN# 443 601 025 E (from ETKA)
